SaadiBuilds LLC began with a vision to give back to the community that helped shape its founder. Founded in 2021 by Sadaat Dar, the company was born out of a desire to improve the neighborhoods and homes throughout the area he proudly calls home. Having spent his youth attending local schools, playing sports, and building lifelong relationships within the community, Sadaat developed a deep appreciation for the people and places that contributed to his upbringing. As he pursued his education and professional career, he recognized an opportunity to make a lasting impact through construction and real estate. Sadaat believed that the best homes aren't just built—they are thoughtfully crafted to enhance the lives of the families who live in them. With that vision in mind, he founded SaadiBuilds to help homeowners transform their spaces while contributing to the continued growth and strength of the community.
